Clia Card Discounts 2025. Virgin voyages lets you use ta rates just by completing their training(and their ta rates are amazing considering how much one of their cruises costs). From what i understand you need to have at least $5000 in commissions before you get your own clia card, which is what you need to get discounts for yourself.
